Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated React Developer with a strong foundation in front-end development and a desire to transition into React Native. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in agile environments, values clean code, and enjoys supporting products through their full lifecycle—from design to deployment and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using React and React Native.
Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement intuitive user interfaces.
Analyze and work with current and legacy systems to ensure smooth integration and modernization.
Write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation including comments, Javadocs, Confluence pages, and README files for onboarding.
Implement and maintain automated test cases to ensure code quality.
Participate in CI/CD pipelines and understand deployment processes.
Actively engage in scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to team discussions.
Manage and update JIRA cards in a timely and organized manner.
Support the product post-deployment, including on-call pager duties, debugging, participating in war rooms, and resolving tickets.
Continuously improve technical skills and agile maturity through learning and collaboration.
Apply and understand common design patterns to solve development challenges.

Required Skills & Experience
Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and familiarity with React Native or willingness to transition.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Understanding of RESTful APIs, CI/CD, and automated testing frameworks.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with mobile development using React Native.
Knowledge of TypeScript, Redux, and GraphQL.
Exposure to legacy system analysis and modernization.
Experience with DevOps tools and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
