Job Description: This role will function as an internal category advisor who will work directly with merchants to develop assortment analytics strategies for various categories.
Key responsibilities include:
* Data Gathering: Collecting and aligning data with merchant data.
* Strategy Development: Building recommendations on how to create or adjust modulars for store relays.
* Modular Drawing: Drawing modulars for part of the year to support category strategies.

Required Skills & Experience
* Analyst Experience: Previous experience as a category analyst or retail analyst.
* Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing data and interpreting results.
* Modular Drawing: Experience with drawing modulars.
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with Alteryx, Tableau, or Power BI.
* Syndicated Data: Experience with syndicated data sources such as Nielsen or MPD.
* Experience Range: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* JDA Software: Experience with JDA or similar software.
* Luminate Experience: Knowledge of Luminate software.
* Programming Skills: Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python.
