We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team, focusing on replenishment products for one of our largest clients in Northwest Arkansas. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, extensive product management experience, and a deep understanding of supply chain processes. Retail experience and proficiency in analytics are highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with business and engineering teams to develop product requirement documents.
Participate in spread planning, stand-ups, and roll-outs.
Utilize data analytics for optimization and algorithm development.
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with product features and functionalities.
Contribute to the business side of algorithm development and optimization.
