Job Description

Day to Day:
As a Senior Manager, Marketing Program Management, you will relentlessly focus on driving operational excellence for a set of strategic objectives and key results across multiple marketing priorities. Youll identify and help solve complex problems across varying and multiple workstreams with interconnected parts. Starting out, this role will be focused on strategy and writing reports using marketing analytics, running and owning leadership meetings, creating presentations, managing scorecards, hosting brainstorming sessions, and collaborating with teams to address and solve problems. This will be a long term contract and will require candidates to work in a hybrid model in either Bentonville, AR or Hoboken, NJ. This role will have no direct reports.

Responsibilities:
Advise and partner with various internal teams to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practices and governance, driving continual assessment.
Create and help scale best-in-class efficient workflows, routines, processes, and timelines, embedding operational excellence into everything you do.
Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside the primary job description when necessary.
Be assertive, adaptable, and demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Be analytical and process-oriented, comfortable making data-driven decisions.
Use data and insights to make informed and impactful decisions, and have the acumen to translate complex data into actions and improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

8-10 years of experience in project and program management supporting marketing efforts
Strong experience in project management tools like Workfront, Tableau, and Microsoft Office
Experience working for a retail client
Enterprise-Level Experience
Understanding of how different campaign elements fit together
Knowledge of Media Buying
Experience in analyzing marketing analytics and insights & creating reports based on those analytics
Experience creating marketing strategies
An ability to build strong relationships and leverage cross functional partnerships
Problem-Solving Ability
Customer Obsessed
