Job Description

A local healthcare organization is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Epic Systems Analyst to join their IT team. This team will be responsible for the implementation, support, and optimization of Epic Systems applications. This role requires a deep understanding of clinical workflows, system configuration, and data analysis to ensure the effective use of Epic Systems in improving patient care and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

***Must be Epic Certified in: Lumens ***
* Must be able to travel on site once a month to Northwest Arkansas (NWA)!!!
* Must be able to be onsite for 2 weeks before AND 2+ weeks after the Epic go-live (September)
* Must have proven experience mentoring other Lumens analysts in previous role
* Minimum experience of 1 Epic implementation from start to finish in a healthcare setting.
* Must have "big healthcare name" in their resume
* Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
