Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join a fortune 100 client as a Project Manager for their Talent Acquisition Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of Workday Recruiting enhancements and fixes that align with the Talent strategy. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition Operational, People Strategy, and Workday Technical teams to deliver effective solutions at scale.

4+ years of experience as a Project Manager within an HR/Recruiting Organization, implementing solutions within Workday Recruiting.
Knowledge of Workday Recruiting is essential, specifically onboarding, configuration changes on offer letters and onboarding
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proactive risk assessment and management abilities.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to document and communicate progress against plans, taking corrective action as necessary.
Proven ability to execute and manage projects to completion.
In-depth experience with project management tools, preferably Atlassian Jira a plus.
PMP, CSM Certifications are a plus.
