Overview: One of our top clients in the Northwest Arkansas area is seeking an experienced Manager of Modular Execution to join our team. This role is integral to their efforts in optimizing store layouts and ensuring precise modular execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Modular Work: Engage in the development and execution of modular plans.
Modular Drawing: Preference for candidates proficient in modular drawing using tools like Blue Yonder JDA or ProSpace.
Clustering Analysis: Perform clustering analysis to tailor specific modular configurations to individual stores.
Team Collaboration: Be part of a diverse team responsible for drawing modular layouts and managing item imagery.
Merchant Collaboration: Work closely with merchants to design and implement modular layouts.
Day-to-Day Activities:
Modular Drawing: Spend a significant portion of your time drawing and refining modular layouts.
Software Proficiency: Utilize Blue Yonder JDA or ProSpace for modular design.
Clustering: Conduct clustering analysis to ensure modular plans are customized for specific stores.
Team Integration: Collaborate with a diverse group of analysts and item image specialists.
Merchant Interaction: Partner with merchants to ensure modular designs meet their needs and project specifications.

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of strong knowledge in Excel and data analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience in category and retail management.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Powerbi, Dataiku, or SQL experience
