About the team - Reporting to Sr. Dr. Financial Reporting; 5 on the financial reporting team

Yearly bonus of around $1,500



Day-to-day -

Prep of personal and real property tax AND review use and sales tax and ad hoc reporting and reconciliation of tax accounts to the general ledger -- monthly entries (75% of day)



Reviewing other team members sales and use tax (25% of day)

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting

* 2+ years working in tax, accounting, bookkeeping role (Working while in college counts towards the 2 YOE)

* This candidate will be working on personal property tax, use tax, sales tax, and all other county and city taxes for 12 states

* Staying up to date with tax laws and rates and ensuring all systems are updated for lots that reflect accurate rates

* Experience with general ledgers

* Prep of personal and real property tax AND review use and sales tax and ad hoc reporting and reconciliation of tax accounts to the general ledger -- monthly entries (75% of day)

Reviewing other team members sales and use tax (25% of day)

* D365 experience

* CPA

* Personable

Willing and able to make operating improvements/suggestions for the team/department
