As part of Walmart's Clinical Support Team, you will be focused on assessing the utilization of Walmart's and recommending necessary upgrades and enhancements for Walmart's Orchard environment. You will be planning Orchard software upgrades, managing the upgrading process, and communicating with the field support teams. As the field reports an issue, the Lab Technician will replicate and troubleshoot the issue in the lab and come to a solution. Once the best solution has been identified, you will then document it for the field to be able to refer to when future issues arise. You will also review current documentation to make sure troubleshooting steps are as clear and detailed as possible. This person must have strong documentation skills and be technically proficient in order to help resolve the field issues. This is a great opportunity for career growth in a quickly growing team.
* Experience collaborating with the business and technical teams to ensure that Walmart is getting the full value of how they're utilizing their current Orchard products
* Experience working with associates and able to understand new requirements for accurate workflows
* Experience with end-to-end workflow testing and support
