A large global retailer in the Northwest Arkansas area is looking for an Agile Coach to join the FinTech organization. This person will be managing 10-12 scrum master's that each have 3-4 teams each. They will be coordinating with leadership, working closely with the scrum master's both on and offshore to gain global synergy, and coaching/mentoring these teams from an agile perspective. We are looking for someone with a hybrid of product, program, agile, and leadership experience. This person will be creating strategic road maps, PI planning, proving updates to leadership, and behands on, diving into the details with the scrum teams. This person will be mitigating fires as needed like changes in scope, changes in reporting, and capacity issues.
8-10 years of experience in product, program, agile coach roles
Managing 10-12 scrum masters that each have 3-4 teams each(20-40 total scope)
Certifications: PMP, Agile/Scrum, Product
Education: Bachelor and 8 years of exp OR MBA and 4 years of experience
JIRA for reporting
Managing stakeholder expectations
PI Planning
