Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join the Walmart team as a Project Manager for their Talent Acquisition Operations team at Walmart. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of Workday Recruiting enhancements and fixes that align with the Walmart Talent strategy. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition Operational, People Strategy, and Workday Technical teams to deliver effective solutions at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the business lead to manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, including scope management, design, development, testing, training, communication, and deployment.
- Provide consultation and support to end-users during the implementation and adoption of new Workday Recruiting features and functionalities.
- Partner with key stakeholder in the change management process by developing communications, job aids, and training for enhanced functionality and fixes
- Monitor and track the progress of Workday Recruiting initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and desired outcomes.
- Provide day-to-day hands-on problem management, guidance, and support.
- Ensure alignment across all functions and business segments by effectively communicating complex ideas and concepts through clear and concise verbal and/or written communication.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and leverage data to validate and support process and system changes.
- Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager within an HR/Recruiting Organization, implementing solutions within Workday Recruiting.
- Knowledge of Workday Recruiting is essential, specifically onboarding, configuration changes on offer letters and onboarding
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proactive risk assessment and management abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to document and communicate progress against plans, taking corrective action as necessary.
- Proven ability to execute and manage projects to completion.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- In-depth experience with project management tools, preferably Atlassian Jira a plus.
- PMP, CSM Certifications are a plus.
