The Workbrain Functional Consultant Role is responsible for providing functional and technical expertise in the implementation of Workbrain software systems. The consultant should be comfortable leading a full lifecycle implementation and/or upgrade. Duties will be project dependent but may include requirements gathering, design, configuration, implementation, testing and support.
The position requires the ability to coordinate with product team, other team members and engineering team to ensure a successful project outcome.
Focus on the position is to work with the product team to understand, analyze and design the Compliance rules to be implemented on the system
8+ years of functional experience in Workforce Management domain, preferably in Workbrain
Strong functional experience in Infor WFM's Time and Attendance, Balance and Accruals and Electronic Time Management modules.
Functional experience with WBScheduler, IBM Cognos 10.1, Configuration management using Infor's migration tool, Calc Group configuration and Maintenance form configuration.
Good understanding in developing custom JSPs, Pay Rules, Batch Tasks and ETL Tasks by extending Infor WFM core libraries, APIs and using Spring framework.
Good exposure to design, implement, Test and Deploy Workbrain modules
Programming experience with Java and J2EE
Good knowledge of SQL, Databases
Exposure to performance engineering, application performance management and tracing.
Experience in proposing & implementing customized solutions in Workbrain, combined with the latest tech stack.
Strong experience of Agile (Scrum) methodologies
