An employer is looking for a React Native Developer to help build a new mobile application for its employees. This application will enhance the employee experience by consolidating applications like time & attendance, benefits, direct deposit, etc. into one mobile app. We are looking for senior developers with end-to-end experience to help design and develop this application. RELOCATION to Bentonville, AR is REQUIRED.
5+ years of mobile development experience (iOS and Android)
4+ years of React Native development experience
Application design experience, designing requirements
Strong ReactJS and Redux experience
Advanced knowledge of front-end design patterns and data structures
Experience integrating analytics, Crashlytics and measuring CPU and battery utilizations for mobile app performance
Strong functional automation testing experience using Appium or similar tool
Code review experience
Collaboration experience with other teams such as product and backend development teams
