Job Description

An employer is looking for a Payroll Implementation Specialist in the El Paso, TX area. Responsibilities include:



*Reach out to payroll personnel on the client end in order to obtain specific information if missing in order to correctly implement

*Implement solutions to non-complex clients, following internal guidelines, and in accordance with client expectations

*Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery within client-defined timeliness

*Review orders for accuracy and then implement the solution in a very prescribed manner according to guidelines and training

*Work under direct supervision to resolve issues and provide solutions

*Remain engaged with client throughout implementation, until client is successfully running

*Interact/collaborate with internal associates in various departments as needed in order to successfully complete the job

*Exchange routine information with members of client project team, including priorities, timeliness and issues as they arise

*Guide and drive the client towards the best solution for their business needs

*Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, business processes

*Partner with clients to understand their business and related needs

*Incorporate new processes, tools and approaches when recommending a solution to their current payroll technology

*Utilize broad knowledge to recommend solutions to the client when appropriate

*Understand client business issues and concerns and recommend and implement appropriate solution

Required Skills & Experience

* End to end full cycle Payroll Processing Experience

* Able to speak to experience with Multi J, 1099, W2 payrolls

* 1 to 3 years of experience working in a client service/account management/customer service environment or systems integration environment

o Service background/ Strong client relationship skills

* Emotional intelligence/ Situational intelligence

o Is able to detect if someone is confused or doesn't understand something on the other end of the telephone

o Be able to ask the right questions in order to find out how to help the client best

o Someone who is able to adjust their communication style to adapt to their target audience

* Strong attention to detail- a lot of data entry involved with implementing new client information

* High level of organization

* Truly able to multitask in a high urgency environment with competing priorities, not just say that they are a multitasker

* Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards

* Excellent analytical skills and time management skills

* Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations

* Proficient in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems

* Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, then escalate to the appropriate level

* Able to communicate clearly and effectively, and interact with a warm demeanor with clients. Well-spoken and concise
