Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager to work for one of our technical consulting customers. This individual will be customer facing and responsible for managing multiple ServiceNow related projects at any given time. They will report directly into the PMO while working with other IT Project Managers and collaborate with Practice Managers to drive optimized and standardized processes, frameworks, and tools to deliver amazing solutions to our clients. Responsibilities may include:
-Develops, Plans and Manages Implementation and Operational Readiness Technical Programs/Projects for internal/external client. Manage multiple technical programs/projects simultaneously.
-Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations
-Create & manage project plans
-Dene project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress
-Align program/project objectives with company goals, and make sure program/project team is clear on objectives
-Track and report on project team design and development tasks. Measure & Report program/project progress and utilize change control process to track schedule or deliverable changes.
-Proactively identify issues/risks that might impact project timelines, costs, and/or scope; collaborate with project teams to develop/implement strong mitigation plans and remove blockers.
-Track project deliverables and drive task, milestone, and overall program/project completion
-Develop project communication plans that include meeting cadence, schedules, effective/efficient tools, and escalation paths
-Ensure project documents are complete, current, high-quality, communicated, and stored appropriately
-Monitor and manage project scope and associated changes using optimized project change request processes.
-Foster partnership with client/stakeholders/sponsors
-Facilitate eective client and internal team meetings
-Support and direct team, as needed
-Lead quality assurance of program/project artifacts and deliverables
-Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as decisions, issues, and risks
-Initiate and manage change control process when necessary to meet project outputs
-Evaluate and assess result of program/project through Lessons Learned or Sprint/Iteration Retrospectives
-Actively seeks opportunities to transform the business and eliminate costs.
-Drive Continual Improvement Opportunities (identify process improvement and automation opportunities).
-Drive Operational Readiness Program to ensure TBC delights clients as they onboard into the Managed Services support structure
-Assist with client billing activities, as needed. May perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Experience
-This is a remote position but candidates MUST in reside in one of the following states and be comfortable working AZ hours: AZ, CA, CO, FL, MD, NY, NC, SC, OH, OK, PA, TX, VA, VT, or WA
-5+ years of Project Management experience, specifically on ServiceNow related projects
-Experience working on DevOps related projects
-Experience working as a Scrum Master or obtains a Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
-Excellent communication skills, as this will be a customer facing role and this individual will be meeting with existing as well as new customers
-Obtains a PMP certification
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-ITIL or ITSM certifications preferred
-Direct experience with ServiceNow Project Portfolio Suite and MS Project
-Microsoft 365 Experience (Project, Excel, Work, Outlook, Teams, etc.). Leverage Advanced Excel Features (lookup, macros, pivot tables, etc.)
-Microsoft 365 Power Platform and SharePoint knowledge and experience is a plus.
