Insight Global is looking for a Project Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ to join one of the leading organizations within the hospitality industry. As the Project Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the portfolio of projects, support portfolio reporting, metrics and dashboard to various stakeholders and executive leaders. Over half of your day to day will include project and portfolio analysis and planning, working with PMs, resource managers, and the leadership team to facilitating project scoring prioritization, create and deliver presentations and forecasting analysis. The remainder of your day will include reporting metrics and administration.
To be successful in this role you will need to be a collaborator and a self-starter. An understanding of IT operations is necessary, as well as knowledge of the PMO function. This is a hybrid role in Phoenix, AZ, so you will be expected to be onsite at least 3 days a week.
- Prior experience in a Portfolio Analyst/Project Coordinator role
- Extensive experience working with project and portfolio management tools; preferably Smartsheets
- Extensive experience capturing and reporting information
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Excellent collaboration skills and an ability to communicate with individuals across all levels of the organization
- Prior experience facilitating meetings and presenting findings
