Job Description

This person will review business requirements, help define new projects, support existing products and design new interfaces that guide and educate users through unique and thoughtful experiences.





Projects will vary in size and scope, which may range from making small UI updates to JIRA tickets to designing entirely new web applications for internal and external websites. They will work with small teams in an Agile environment and collaborate closely with the lead designer, product managers, and software engineers to address the various needs of digital touchpoints across the organization.





We expect this person to be extremely collaborative and possess a true passion for delivering highly engaging user experiences. Required Skills & Experience

- Must have 3+ years' experience in web or application design

- Strong visual design skills are a must

- Has led design initiatives in previous roles

- Is comfortable asking questions and being highly involved within the team

- Is a self-starter with positive and collaborative temperament and ability to self-manage to meet deliverable deadlines

- Can create design systems, intricate interfaces and be able to build out complete UIs

- Strong attention to detail to improve existing products

- Proficient in Sketch (preferred), Adobe XD or Figma

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Graphic/Web Design, or related field

- Prior front-end development experience in HTML, CSS, etc. Is a plus

- Retail or sports background also a plus but not required
