A large financial enterprise in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Remote Technical Project Manager to join their Global Services Technology Group. In this role, you will be working with a variety of teams to understand their project delivery expectations and help translate technical and non-technical requirements. You will need to understand the technology process and what is involved (CI/CD Pipelines, Git Hub and see how projects work, understanding the SDLC, and Agile methodologies). You will help with oversight of a large program initiative so will not be focused on one project, but many at a time. It is important that you can look a project big picture, identify gaps, know when to hold others accountable, and speak to others about expectations of delivery and completion. A lot of what this team does is help bringing customer service portals to life to ensure enterprise Agents are fully equipped to support customers in the best way possible. This portal is an ongoing project and will require a lot of attention in the production, maintenance, monitoring and KPI space.
-5+ years of Project Management experience, focusing within Information Technology and Development based projects.
-Good understanding of CI/CD Pipelines and GitHub.
-Proficient in Agile methodologies with exposure to SAFe.
-Experience working in a Scrum team and understands the Scrum Process/Cadence.
-Maturity within teams and projects and ability to take initiative -- able to hold Directors accountable.
-Understanding of budget tracking and finance aspects of a project.
-Ability to work on multiple projects at one time.
