Job Description

Our client in Arizona is seeking a Contracted Administrative Assistant to provide essential support in our dynamic office environment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by handling various administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:



Experience Taking Calls: We require candidates with a demonstrated ability to handle phone calls effectively. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools: The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Proficiency in these applications will be necessary to perform tasks efficiently.

6 Months of Administrative Assistant Experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Additional Qualifications (Preferred but not Required):



Familiarity with office equipment and software systems.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
