Job Description
Insight Global is seeking entry-level Construction Field Inspectors to support ongoing telecommunications infrastructure projects throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. This is a fully field-based position where candidates will work independently across multiple construction sites daily. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors, highly self-motivated, and able to manage their time effectively without direct supervision throughout the day.
Compensation: $21/hr to $23/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins at employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of construction trade experience (preferably outdoors)
- Ability to work outdoors full-time in heat and varying weather conditions
- Great time management and ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between multiple job sites daily
- Comfortable working with construction managers and general contractors
- Strong attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
• Previous construction inspection experience
• Experience with directional drilling/equipment operation
• Experience working in a mobile or multi-site field environment
• Experience with data centers, fiber optics, or underground construction
Day-to-Day:
• Travel to 3–4 job sites per day within an assigned Phoenix metro territory
• Meet with general contractors to review daily construction plans
• Perform onsite inspections to ensure work is progressing as expected
• Drive between sites using a company-provided take-home vehicle
• Provide updates to the manager and ensure timelines and expectations are met
• Manage workload independently while maintaining organization and efficiency
