Job Description

High Level HVAC Control systems knowledge, troubleshooting, repairing, and preventive maintenance experience as it is related to mechanical, electrical, and low voltage controls components.

Ability to execute all Service field work with little to no supervision/assistance, at a high level of quality, with budgeted time in mind.
Mentoring other Technicians in all facets of Service Execution.

Ability to review Mech plans and controls submittals to detect potential issues with devices, wiring or sequence of operations.
Ability to troubleshoot and modify Controls programming as needed to complete modifications and repairs

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the construction/Service industry.

Maintain a satisfactory driving record.

Working knowledge of refrigeration machinery, tools and their application.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret written instructions and construction project documents as they apply to aforementioned duties and responsibilities.

Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts, such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.

Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or similar field or combination of education and experience.
Other technical experience such as military, on the job training programs, etc. may meet this requirement as determined by local management.

Must have or be willing to obtain OSHA 30 safety training, along with managing a safe workforce and safety policies.
