Job Description

As the Digital Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for the execution, stability, and continuous improvement of our client’s digital banking channels, supporting both Commercial and Consumer Banking experiences across online and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of digital banking products and the technical architecture that supports them. While experience with specific vendors is not required, candidates must understand how APIs, file delivery solutions, open banking platforms, and backend banking systems interact to create seamless customer experiences.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within financial services, fintech, digital banking, payments, treasury management, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of product management disciplines, including roadmap development, business requirements, prioritization, product delivery, and lifecycle management.
• Experience managing digital products involving APIs, system integrations, file delivery, data exchange, or open banking capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
