Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Probate Paralegal for one of its legal services clients. This individual will support attorneys throughout the probate process, managing a docket of approximately 20-25 active matters while serving as a key point of contact for clients, courts, and judicial staff.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

• Manage a docket of approximately 20-25 probate matters from initiation through resolution.
• Participate in client intake meetings and maintain ongoing communication with clients.
• Prepare, review, and file probate petitions, motions, pleadings, wills, and related legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case preparation.
• Coordinate with courts, judicial assistants, and other legal professionals regarding hearings, filings, and case updates.
• Prepare hearing materials and assist with hearing management and scheduling.
• Track deadlines, filings, and case milestones to ensure compliance with court requirements.
• Assist with billing processes and case management activities.
• Utilize Clio and Microsoft Office tools to maintain case records and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-2+ years of probate paralegal experience.
• Experience preparing and filing probate-related motions, pleadings, and court documents.
• Strong understanding of probate administration, wills, and court filing procedures.
• Experience interacting with courts and judicial assistants.
• Proficiency with Clio or similar legal case management software.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies and/or Paralegal Certificate.

• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Experience supporting a high-volume probate practice.
