Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP QA Analyst to support a large-scale SAP Finance initiative focused on Pharma/PBM rebate processes, financial data validation, and system accuracy. This role requires a hands-on QA professional with deep expertise in SAP FICO, manual testing, and complex financial transaction validation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background testing finance applications, validating data at the SAP table level, and ensuring the accuracy of rebate calculations and financial reporting.
Responsibilities include:
Designing, developing and executing manual test cases and scenarios. Validating end-to-end SAP Finance processes including Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL) transactions. This role may also include performing detailed functional, integration, regression and user acceptance testing activities while conducting SAP table level data validation to ensure integrity and financial accuracy. You may be required to leverage AI enabled tools to improve QA productivity.

Required Skills & Experience
-8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
-6+ years of experience testing SAP applications and projects.
-Strong hands-on experience with SAP FICO testing.
-Proven experience testing Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL) processes.
-Experience testing SAP Fiori applications.
-Strong expertise in manual testing methodologies and test case development.
-Experience preparing, creating, and managing complex test data.
-Strong SAP data validation experience, including SAP table-level testing and reconciliation.
-Ability to validate complex financial transactions, calculations, and reporting outputs.
-Experience working with large, reconciliation-heavy datasets.
-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for analysis, reconciliation, and data validation.
-Strong SAP Query skills for data extraction and validation.
-Experience working within Agile development and QA environments.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience supporting Pharma and/or PBM Rebate platforms and processes.
-Experience testing finance-intensive rebate systems.
-Familiarity with healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, or pharmaceutical business processes.
-Experience utilizing AI tools to improve testing efficiency and quality outcomes.
