Job Description
This role is hybrid onsite at least 3 days per week
supporting the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) is responsible for end‑to‑end leadership, coordination, and delivery of strategic and initiative‑based programs and projects across a technical organization. This role blends enterprise delivery leadership, portfolio governance, and lean portfolio management to ensure initiatives achieve targeted business outcomes, remain compliant with enterprise standards, and are delivered on time and within budget. The role partners closely with senior business and technology leaders, Product Managers, Product Owners, Risk, Compliance, and Portfolio stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor a diverse portfolio of initiatives and programs to business outcomes realization using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.
Partners with senior leaders, executive sponsors, and portfolio stakeholders to define target business outcomes, success metrics, and delivery priorities.
Supports portfolio‑level planning, delivery coordination, and dependency management across multiple programs, projects, and workstreams.
Provides visibility into portfolio health, delivery status, risks, dependencies, financials, and outcomes to senior management.
Drives alignment across business units, technology teams, vendors, and enterprise partners to achieve strategic outcomes.
Tracks, measures, and reviews portfolio and program performance against defined success metrics.
Program & Project Management
Leads end‑to‑end planning, execution, integration, and delivery of programs and projects of varying complexity.
Defines and manage scope, schedule, milestones, budget, financials, and resourcing.
Translates strategic objectives into executable delivery plans, roadmaps, and action plans.
Identifies, manages, and resolves risks, issues, dependencies, and impediments across initiatives.
Develops and maintains documentation, business cases, plans, presentations, status reports, and executive summaries.
Ensures delivery aligns with enterprise change, risk, audit, and compliance requirements.
Lean Portfolio Management
Applies Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid delivery approaches as appropriate to initiative needs.
Works with Business Sponsors, Technology Executives, Product Managers, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and Scrum Masters to support:
PI Planning
Scrum and Kanban ceremonies and cadences
Backlog refinement and delivery tracking
Tracks and rolls up delivery of Epics, Features, Stories, and Initiatives to portfolio‑level objectives using Agile tools.
Provides clear, initiative‑based delivery reporting through dashboards, plans, and executive‑ready materials.
Financial, Vendor & Resource Management
Manages program and project financials, forecasts, budgets, and expense tracking.
Helps to coordinate resource planning and capacity across internal teams and external partners.
Oversees and manages delivery performance of vendors, suppliers, consultants, and contractors.
Ensures timely engagement of external teams and fulfillment of contractual and delivery
expectations.
Risk, Compliance & Change Management
Ensures initiatives comply with Enterprise Change Management Policies, standards, and controls.
Supports audit and risk initiatives including SIAIs, MRAs, RIAIs, and other regulatory requirements.
Obtains, manages, and validates change evidence from technology owners and stakeholders.
Partners with Risk and Compliance teams to mitigate delivery, operational, and technical risks.
Contributes to continuous improvement of portfolio, program, and change management processes.

Ability to manage and deliver complex technical solutions across multiple teams
Experience & Qualifications
Typically 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, and/or Technical Project/Program Management roles
Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure or technology programs (e.g., cloud transformation, network modernization, platform engineering)
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Experience operating within Agile and hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks)
Experience leading work in matrixed and/or global environments
Proven track record delivering large‑scale or enterprise initiatives
Bachelor’s degree, equivalent experience, or specialized training
