• Can manage risk, make sound decisions, and proactively identify, escalate, and report risks and issues to Risk and Compliance partners.
• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering multiple significant projects, including communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to Enterprise Change Standards, and providing visibility into project health.
• Manages project financials, including hardware purchases and resource costs.
• Communication and Collaboration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence upward and laterally.
• Ability to partner with others for the good of the initiative.
• Interacts extensively with internal and external contacts to identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex problems.

• Works independently with limited direction and, where necessary, provides technical leadership.
• Technical Expertise and Methods
• Strong technical acumen with extensive experience in technology service delivery, including refresh of the TI Core Network environment (P2/PMI), and support for network projects and programs.
• Experience with Change Management and CAB processes and procedures, as well as Lean-Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Agile methodologies.
Desired Qualifications
• Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, finance, or related field/technical training, with strong analytical skills.
• Strong background in IT service delivery roles.
• Financial services experience (insurance, banking, investment banking) is a plus.
• Certifications
• Industry certifications such as PMP and ITIL are strongly preferred; technical certifications such as CCNA are a plus.
• Adaptability and Delivery Support
• Ability to be nimble and flexible; prioritize workload, proactively respond to issues, and adapt to shifting deadlines.
• Ability to create meaningful data that contributes to Change Management and Service Delivery processes.
• Tools and Domain Knowledge
• Knowledge of tools and domains such as JIRA, TPAS, PMMT, and CTI is preferred.
