Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Procurement Specialist II to join a growing team supporting the advanced manufacturing industry. This individual will be responsible for managing procurement activities that support construction projects, including facility build-outs and equipment installation for production lines. They will work closely with internal teams to understand project needs, source vendors, and obtain quotes for materials, equipment, and services, while also creating and managing purchase orders to ensure alignment with project timelines. On a daily basis, they will track orders, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure deliveries are on time to support construction and installation schedules. They will also be involved in cost analysis and price negotiations to drive cost efficiency across projects, while supporting contract coordination with vendors. Throughout the process, they will partner cross-functionally with engineering, construction, and production teams, while maintaining accurate procurement records, tracking invoices, and ensuring overall material availability for ongoing projects. This role can pay between 75K-95K based on an evaluation of relevant YOE and education level.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in procurement/supply chain management within a manufacturing/Industrial environment
Experience supporting MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) procurement, including sourcing parts, consumables, and equipment to support ongoing facility operations and equipment maintenance
Bilingual in Korean
