Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Jira SME for a large financial client in Chandler, AZ. As the global technology infrastructure organizations adopt a product centric operating model, it is important that we manage work correctly through JIRA. As ARC, along with other projects owned by the team, are critical cross-organizational programs, this role will ensure proper management of multiple programs through JIRA, as well as assist in transitioning to JIRA including developing process, documentation and training for the team.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of JIRA expertise - working within complex environments (includes Issue Collectors, reporting, JQL)
Expertise with Confluence site design, coding and maintenance
Experience of AGILE project management principles
Strong Microsoft skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneDrive and Teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Process design, simplification and efficiency
Experience working within a highly regulated environment, e.g., banking
