Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Technology Infrastructure Vulnerability Remediation Coordinator for a leading financial services client within their Core Technology Infrastructure organization. This individual will play a critical role in managing the remediation of security vulnerabilities and supporting the lifecycle management of aging infrastructure across the Application and Database Services (ADS) organization.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in infrastructure technologies—including networking, compute, and storage—combined with hands-on experience coordinating remediation efforts, managing technical debt, and driving infrastructure upgrades. This role requires close collaboration with engineering teams, data center operations, and third-party vendors to design and implement infrastructure solutions in a highly controlled enterprise environment.
This is a high-impact opportunity to contribute to infrastructure resiliency, modernization, and security posture while working on complex, enterprise-scale initiatives.
Day-to-Day:
• Coordinate and drive vulnerability remediation efforts across infrastructure environments
• Manage aging infrastructure lifecycle including EOL/EOS transitions and modernization
• Design and support infrastructure solutions for on-prem environments
• Partner with networking, compute, storage, and vendor teams to implement solutions
• Track and manage projects, timelines, deliverables, and risks
• Execute infrastructure changes following enterprise change management protocols
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during infrastructure deployments
• Support security initiatives including infrastructure hardening and compliance
• Collaborate across CTI and ADS teams to ensure successful implementation outcomes

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong experience with vulnerability remediation (identifying, prioritizing, coordinating fixes)
• Proven background in infrastructure lifecycle management (EOL/EOS, tech debt reduction)
• Solid understanding of infrastructure technologies:
o Networking (routing, firewalls, load balancers)
o Compute (bare metal, virtualization)
o Storage (NAS, SAN)
• Experience supporting infrastructure hardening and risk mitigation
• Hands-on project/implementation management experience (tracking timelines, risks, deliverables)
• Experience with change management processes in controlled enterprise environments
• Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution capability during implementations
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams, data centers, and vendors
• Ability to design and support on-prem infrastructure solutions
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Exposure to hybrid/cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with automation/scripting (Python, PowerShell, Ansible)
• Familiarity with container platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• ITIL or infrastructure/architecture certifications
• Experience in large enterprise environments (financial services preferred)
