Job Description
Our client is seeking a Live Event Producer / Video Editor to support their annual internal awards program – a high-visibility live event hosted in Scottsdale, AZ. This role blends video production and live show execution, owning pre-event content creation and serving as the production lead calling the live show. The ideal candidate is creative, resourceful, and thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes event environments.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves
• 5+ years of experience in live event production and/or video production
• Proven experience calling live shows (cueing speakers, video, transitions in real time)
• Strong video editing experience (no preference on specific editing tools!)
• Ability to own end-to-end video production (editing, timelines, revisions, delivery)
• Experience working cross-functionally with AV teams and creative stakeholders
• Highly organized and deadline-driven – able to keep multiple workstreams on track
• Strong communication skills, especially in leader-facing environments
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and pivot quickly during live events
• Demonstrated resourcefulness and autonomy (minimal day-to-day oversight)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Background in entertainment, awards shows, or consumer-facing live events
• Experience producing story-driven content (not just corporate/internal videos)
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-production-value environments
• Familiarity with branding/storytelling alignment in video content
• Experience collaborating with internal communications or marketing teams
