Job Description
An Insight Global customer in the pre-fabricated metal building industry is looking to hire a sales coordinator to join their growing team. This individual will be responsible for providing support to the sales team by reviewing contract scope of works, ensuring design models match price estimates, confirming design plans are accurate, and confirming buildings match appropriate building codes and other regulations. This person will be required to use Bluebeam and Excel heavily in the job to complete project take-offs and ensure those requirements match customer estimates and bids. To be successful in this role, the individual must be a strong communicator, excellent attention to detail and proven time management skills. This is a full-time role working 5 days a week in the office in south Phoenix from 8 AM to 4 PM. We can offer a salary of $65,000 to $75,000 for this role but exact compensation may change based on education and experience.

Required Skills & Experience
Construction Management, Architecture or related degree is preferred.
Experience working with Bluebeam software - specifically reviewing or completing project take-offs, working off scaled drawings, and pulling measurements.
Experience reviewing and reading architectural plan sets.
Knowledge of basic IBC codes and regulations to ensure plan sets meet requirements.
Experience working with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel primarily)
Strong attention to detail

MBS (Metal Building Software) experience
