Job Description

The Business Analyst role will be a process and analytics specialist within the NBL Product Team, reporting directly to the team lead/director. The role will be comprised of many different tasks ranging from analyzing complex business problems through data (both internal and external) to working with business users to compile reports or usable metrics. May provide consultation to users and lead cross functional discussions to address business issues and prototyping solutions for displaying information based on business needs.
Job Description
-Collaborate with internal partners to define and update business requirements, assess priorities and impacts, and recommend start dates for queued projects to align with core objectives.
-Document, refine, and optimize business processes and procedures as needed. Assist in designing and managing report to support business needs.
-Support change management initiatives by delivering training and communications, ensuring all changes are properly documented and effectively shared with the implementation team(s).
-Collect, organize and analyze data to identify trends. Summarize findings and develop actionable recommendations in coordination with management to keep objectives and milestones on track.

Required Skills & Experience

-5+ years of related experience.
-High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
-Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
-Knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
-Very proficient with data analysis and research with the ability to identify and escalate cases or inquiries to mitigate bank risks.
-Proficient in MS Office Suite.
-Experience with banking applications and systems preferred.
