Job Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to oversee procurement, logistics, and material flow for complex construction projects, including semiconductor and cleanroom environments. This role manages end to end supply chain activities with a focus on second hook up work, including tool installation, hook up, and system integration. Responsibilities include material tracking, vendor coordination, reporting, site delivery planning, and support of audits, surplus management, and project closeout within an active construction site.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage end-to-end procurement of construction and hook-up materials (MEP components, tool parts, consumables, specialty materials)
· Coordinate with engineering, project management, and site construction teams to understand material requirements and schedules
· Support 2nd hook-up activities by ensuring timely delivery of tools, equipment, and installation materials
· Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and expedite critical or long-lead items
· Work with vendors and subcontractors to resolve supply delays, quality issues, or logistics constraints
· Maintain inventory control for site materials, warehouse staging, and tool-related parts
· Support logistics planning for site delivery, material handling, and installation sequencing
· Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and semiconductor fab standards
· Prepare procurement status reports, material tracking updates, and cost tracking summaries
· Support project closeout, including surplus material handling and documentation

Required Skills & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
· 2–5+ years of supply chain or procurement experience in construction, or industrial projects
· Experience in semiconductor fab, cleanroom, or large-scale industrial construction
· Familiar with construction materials or tool installation supply requirements

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
· Experience using Procore or construction management platforms
· Understanding of MEP materials and construction sequencing
· Strong coordination and communication skills across multi-party project teams
· Ability to work in fast-paced construction site environments and manage tight schedules
