Job Description
We are seeking experienced Cable Installer Level II technicians to support low voltage installations across a new construction project. This role will last about 5 weeks but could be extended. This role requires individuals who can work independently within a team, follow direction closely, and communicate proactively when clarification is needed.
Responsibilities:
Install and support low voltage (LV) cabling in new construction environments
Rack and stack network equipment and ensure proper setup
Install and mount devices including:
-Security cameras
-Wireless access points (APs)
-Projectors
-Access control systems
-Alarm systems
Read and interpret blueprints, prints, and technical drawings
Perform cable termination (Cat5/Cat6 and similar) and ensure quality installs
Test, troubleshoot, and validate cabling connections
Label cabling and components accurately per project standards
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Follow project instructions and escalate questions or issues appropriately

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in low voltage cabling or similar field work
Experience in structured cabling, terminating, and testing cables
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and construction prints
Familiarity with installation of AV, security, or network devices
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Basic troubleshooting skills for network or AV systems
OSHA certification or similar safety training
