Job Description

Position Summary:

The Manager, US Logistics is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end logistics, warehousing, and material handling operations for the U.S. This role oversees inbound and outbound movement of materials, ensures inventory accuracy, drives operational excellence, and partners closely with global logistics teams to optimize supply chain performance. The position requires strong leadership, deep SAP expertise, and the ability to collaborate across functions and regions in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead a high‑quality, effective material handling organization responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping all incoming materials and outgoing finished goods.
Oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and material flow using SAP to manage transactions, reporting, and process integrity.
Drive compliance with operating procedures and update documentation to reflect the most current mode of work.
Interface regularly with freight carriers to ensure performance, cost efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
Manage and negotiate inbound and outbound transportation scheduling, freight optimization, and carrier relationships ensuring the are Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) compliant.
Guarantee non‑stop operation by delivering the highest level of logistical service to internal customers, including Manufacturing, Purchasing, QA, Facilities, Customer Service, and Engineering.
Collaborate with Korean warehouse and logistics teams to identify synergies between US and Korea supply chain operations.
Share best practices, compare operational models, and support alignment where beneficial while ensuring US processes remain compliant with domestic regulations and business requirements.
Participate in cross‑regional discussions to improve efficiency, visibility, and standardization across global logistics functions.
Monitor, record, analyze, and report on activities, trends, and results related to import/export operations and stores activities.
Track and improve area KPIs such as inventory accuracy, material delivery cycle time, quality events, shipment counts, transactional accuracy, and overall logistics performance.
Use SAP reporting tools to support data‑driven decision‑making.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to maintain compliance, including FTZ and trade managers.




Location:
This position will be based at the Arizona Tempe and Peoria sites during the Construction phase and will transition to Peoria for management during the Factory Operation phase.

Required Skills & Experience

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of logistics, warehousing, or supply chain experience.
Strong SAP experience required (S4Hana or related modules).
Experience working in or supporting a Foreign Trade Zone environment preferred.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive operational excellence.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones.
Demonstrated culture of accountability and execution.
Korean language proficiency is preferred.
