Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an IT Warehouse Technician to support day‑to‑day operations at a fast‑paced distribution center. This role works in the warehouse and will focus on troubleshooting and maintaining the technology that keeps operations running smoothly. This individual will work directly on the warehouse floor, supporting both hardware and software systems used in picking, packing, and shipping. They will partner closely with warehouse operations and IT teams to quickly resolve issues and minimize downtime in a high‑volume environment. This a 6 month contract with a pay range of $30-$35/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
2-3 years of experience in an L1–L2 technical support or IT support role
Hands-on, onsite support experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment (RF scanners, printers, and workstations)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
WMS - Manhattan WMI
SAP
BMI– 400 platform and I-Series platforms.
Assist with system performance monitoring and issue resolution
Communicate with both technical and non‑technical users
Ability to work in fast‑paced warehouse environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with system configuration or setup
Background supporting high‑volume distribution or fulfillment centers
Experience working with cross‑functional IT and operations teams
