Job Description

A client in the Tucson, AZ area is seeking an Integrated Project Manager in support of a federal program. Candidates will be onsite 5x a week and must have an active Secret Clearance.

The Integrated Product Manager (IPM) is responsible for leading sub IPMs and multidisciplinary engineering teams, managing technical execution, and overseeing multiple contracts and projects. The role partners closely with program leadership and functional teams to drive cost, schedule, and performance outcomes while maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships.

Required Skills & Experience

-BA/BS Degree and 10 years of related experience
-Active Secret Clearance
-Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Program management.
Experience with Test Systems Engineering or equivalent
-Engineering experience for both hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance activities within production, manufacturing, product qualification environments.
-IPM or Program Management (PM) experience with program office, cross-functional teams, and internal/external customers
