Day to Day
• Partner with process owners to identify inefficiencies, risks, and gaps in current infrastructure processes
• Analyze current state processes using data, metrics, and stakeholder input
• Design and document optimized, streamlined end to end processes
• Ensure redesigned processes comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with business, technology, and automation teams to align process improvements with tooling and automation opportunities
• Leverage knowledge of AI, ML, and RPA to inform future state process designs
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with cross functional stakeholders
• Produce clear documentation, process flows, and recommendations to support implementation

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an AI Process Engineer for a top financial services client. This role focuses on identifying and redesigning inefficient infrastructure and technology processes to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and long term sustainability. The ideal candidate brings strong process engineering expertise, a data driven mindset, and a solid understanding of how emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and robotic process automation can enable smarter, more efficient operations. Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves
• 5+ years of experience using Six Sigma or other data driven process optimization methodologies
• 5+ years of experience optimizing technology processes within a regulated industry (financial services strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of financial services laws, rules, and regulations
• Proven experience redesigning and optimizing end to end infrastructure or technology processes while maintaining regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data sets, metrics, and business priorities to define process improvements
• Solid understanding of how AI, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) can reduce manual toil and improve efficiency
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non technical teams
• Experience identifying process gaps, risks, and inefficiencies and designing sustainable improvements
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses
• Experience with Single Process Inventory (SPI)
• Significant experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) in ServiceNow
• Experience driving large scale process redesign initiatives within major financial institutions
• Experience creating process flow diagrams based on interviews and documentation review
• Experience with Pega Case Design, flows, and case management
• Exposure to RPA tools and AI/ML platforms
