Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an AI Automation Engineer for a top financial services client. This engineer will focus on designing and delivering intelligent automation solutions that optimize enterprise infrastructure processes. The role blends full stack development with robotic process automation, AI, and machine learning to drive efficiency and scalability across critical systems. The ideal candidate is a technically strong engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating with cross functional teams, and delivering innovative automation solutions in a large scale enterprise environment.
Day to Day
• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to optimize end to end infrastructure processes
• Build RPA, AI, ML, and intelligent automation solutions
• Develop and maintain API driven automation services
• Partner with stakeholders and process owners to gather requirements and define solutions
• Support testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Work within Agile teams to deliver scalable and reliable automation capabilities
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, automation engineering, or data science
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related technical field
• Strong full stack development background
• Significant hands on experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Strong experience designing and developing RESTful, API driven services
• Fluency with SQL
• Experience working in Agile development environments with strong understanding of the SDLC
• Proven ability to collaborate with both technical and non technical stakeholders
• Experience gathering requirements and supporting acceptance testing
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience developing AI / Machine Learning solutions
• Hands on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools
• Experience building automations using:
o Microsoft Copilot Studio
o Microsoft Power Automate
o UiPath
• Experience integrating or automating workflows with ServiceNow
