Job Description

Architecture Ownership
• Own the end-to-end target-state architecture across Cloud Ledger, GENM, and the dual pipeline ecosystem
• Ensure architectural consistency, scalability, resiliency, and compliance across all components
• Define and maintain both target-state and transition-state architectures

Architecture Governance & Review
• Establish and lead architecture review cadences, including design reviews, technical forums, and decision checkpoints
• Review, challenge, and approve architecture designs, standards, patterns, and deviations
• Act as the final architectural authority for cross-workstream design decisions and trade-offs

Discovery Convergence
• Oversee all discovery workstreams to ensure outputs are complete, aligned, and decision-ready
• Drive convergence of business, functional, non-functional, and technical requirements
• Ensure discovery outputs consolidate into a single, cohesive architectural and requirements view

PRD v3.3 Alignment
• Ensure all architectural decisions and designs align with PRD v3.3
• Identify gaps, conflicts, or ambiguities between discovery outputs and PRD specifications
• Partner with product leadership to refine and maintain architectural integrity of the PRD

Stakeholder Coordination
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Security, Risk, and Delivery teams
• Serve as the architectural escalation point for conflicts across domains or workstreams
• Communicate architectural decisions, rationale, risks, and impacts to senior stakeholders

Execution Oversight
• Ensure architectural intent is preserved from design through implementation
• Validate that delivery teams adhere to approved architecture, patterns, and standards
• Provide guidance to unblock delivery while protecting architectural integrity

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise and/or solution architecture for complex, distributed systems
• Demonstrated ability to design and govern end-to-end architectures across multiple platforms and domains
• Strong experience with data architecture, including pipeline-based or dual pipeline designs
• Proven experience defining target-state and transition-state architectures
• Deep understanding of non-functional requirements, including:
o Scalability
o Resiliency
o Performance
o Availability

Preferred Qualifications
• FinOps Certified Practitioner or FinOps Certified Professional
