Insight Global is seeking a Pharma Services Research Associate for a leading client in the pharmaceutical and diagnostics space. This individual will support client-sponsored biomarker prevalence and immunohistochemistry assay validation studies in a laboratory environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working under established protocols, and eager to grow within a regulated R&D setting. This role offers hands-on experience with automated staining platforms, exposure to biomarker validation workflows, and opportunities to contribute to impactful client-facing research projects while working alongside experienced scientists.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
- At least 1 year of hands on laboratory experience
- Familiarity with immunohistochemistry (IHC) techniques
- Ability to follow safety guidelines (SHE, OSHA)
- Experience using BenchMark ULTRA or ULTRA PLUS automated staining platforms
- Experience following established laboratory procedures under supervision
- Ability to accurately document work in electronic lab notebooks (ELN)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Basic data analysis skills and ability to summarize results in tables/figures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of tissue morphology and tissue-based diagnostic technologies
- Experience supporting biomarker prevalence or assay validation studies
- Exposure to client-sponsored or regulated lab environments
- Experience preparing validation or technical reports
