Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an End‑to‑End Project Scheduler (EPS) for a top technology infrastructure client. This individual will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and managing fully integrated construction schedules from early conceptual planning through project closeout. The ideal candidate brings deep Primavera P6 expertise, strong contractor coordination skills, and a proactive mindset to identify risks, drive schedule recovery, and support data‑driven decision making. This role offers high visibility, technical ownership, and the opportunity to support complex, large‑scale capital programs.
PR: $65-70/hr

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a Project Scheduler / End‑to‑End Scheduler
Advanced expertise with Primavera P6 (CPM scheduling)
Strong experience building integrated master schedules (IMS)
Experience reviewing and managing GC baseline schedules
Deep understanding of critical path, near‑critical path, and schedule risk
Experience performing schedule audits (DCMA 14‑Point or similar)
Strong stakeholder engagement with GCs, PMs, and cross‑functional teams
Experience with schedule narratives, milestone tracking, and reporting
Ability to analyze deviations and drive recovery / mitigation plans
Comfortable working onsite in fast‑paced construction environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience supporting large‑scale infrastructure or data center builds
Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
Experience with GMP contract scheduling requirements
Familiarity with PBS, PSE, MMS concepts
Experience supporting OFE / FIA reporting
Background in supply scenario analysis (SSA) or “what‑if” modeling
Experience working in owner‑side or program controls environments
