Job Description
One of our large enterprise clients is seeking a Junior IAM Analyst to join their Information Security organization in Poland. This role will support day-to-day Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations, ensuring the right users have the appropriate access at the right time across business critical systems during an active M&A integration. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, process driven, and eager to grow their career in cybersecurity and identity management.
Day to Day Responsibilities
• Process user access requests, including new hires, role changes, and terminations, ensuring access is provisioned accurately and timely
• Support access reviews and certifications, partnering with application owners to validate user permissions
• Assist with IAM audits by gathering evidence and following access control procedures
• Troubleshoot access issues and partner with engineering or platform teams to resolve problems
• Maintain and update IAM documentation, procedures, and role mappings
• Participate in ongoing initiatives to improve IAM processes, security posture, and automation
• Collaborate with security, IT, and business teams to ensure access aligns with security policies and compliance requirements

Required Skills & Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Hands on experience with user access provisioning and deprovisioning
• Familiarity with role based access control (RBAC) and basic IAM concepts
• Experience supporting access across enterprise applications (Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, or similar tools)
• Ability to follow documented processes and security controls with a high level of accuracy
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with business users, application owners, and security teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, or Azure AD
• Exposure to privileged access management (PAM) concepts
• Knowledge of SOX, audit, or compliance controls related to user access
• Scripting or automation exposure (PowerShell, Python, or similar)
• Experience supporting retail, payments, or enterprise applications
• Security certifications or coursework (Security+, IAM focused training, etc.)
