Workiva Implementation Consultant (Government Financial Reporting)

We are seeking a hands-on Workiva Implementation Consultant to support financial reporting for a large state government department. This role focuses on implementing Workiva to modernize financial statements preparation currently managed in Excel. The consultant will partner closely with a systems integrator and state stakeholders to support government-specific financial reporting and implementation needs.

• Hands-on Workiva experience, specifically in implementation or configuration
• Direct experience supporting government or public sector implementations
• Strong understanding of financial statements (state or government preferred)
• Experience transitioning reporting processes from Excel to Workiva
• Workiva Certification strongly preferred

• Prior experience supporting state government financial reporting
• Background working with systems integrators or consulting partners
• Experience on projects supporting state departments of finance or similar entities
