Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Lead Site Superintendent for a large engineering client in the Phoenix, AZ area. This individual will be responsible for the daily oversight and coordination of on‑site activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality project execution. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the General Contractor, trade partners, internal teams, and safety personnel.
Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate daily logs in Procore, coordinating daily activities with the GC, MEP teams, electrical contractors, and field service representatives, and leading daily safety meetings in partnership with the Site Safety Officer. The Site Superintendent conducts regular site walks to verify task completion, enforce safety and quality standards, and identify issues early.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years construction experience (electrical/mechanical)
Experience with project mangement software (MS Project, Primavera, or ProCore)
Demonstrated leadership, organization, and stakeholder management under high-pressure conditions
OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, First Aid/CPR (within first 30 days if not current)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Data Center project experience
