Job Description
This Supply Chain Associate role functions as a secretary/administrative support position within the Supply Chain department at a children’s hospital. The associate will spend most of the day behind a computer, processing paperwork, entering data in Lawson, and tracking orders coming in from clinics. This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort with repetitive computer-based work, and openness to supporting warehouse-related activities as needed. High performers may be considered for future supply chain opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience
• Warehouse, manufacturing, inventory or administrative/secretarial experience
• Front office or clerical background preferred
• Ability to pass a 60 words per minute typing test
• Strong Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
• Comfortable sitting and working at a computer for most of the day
• Open-minded and willing to support warehouse operations as needed
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bilingual (Spanish)- Strongly preferred
• Experience with Lawson or Workday
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
