Job Description

Provide in‑person mental health services to youth, including individual, group, and family therapy
Conduct intakes, assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing counseling using trauma‑informed approaches
Develop, maintain, and update safety plans as needed
Support youth through placement transitions and adjustment periods
Facilitate family therapy and psychoeducational groups
Assist with conflict resolution and recommend interventions to support placement stability
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute clinical input to service plans
Coordinate care with internal teams and external providers, including medical and referral partners
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and client records
Manage caseloads and follow up on missed appointments
Ensure confidentiality and adherence to professional and ethical standards

Required Skills & Experience

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
Eligible for licensure at the associate or professional level in Arizona
2+ years of outpatient or behavioral health experience
Strong knowledge of ethical practice, clinical assessment, DSM diagnosis, and treatment planning
Trauma‑informed approach and understanding of crisis intervention and safety planning
Ability to manage documentation and maintain confidential client records
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment with some evening or weekend hours
Valid AZ driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to obtain fingerprint clearance

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Fully licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC)
Bilingual in Spanish
Experience working with youth, foster care, or high‑acuity populations
Familiarity with cultural competence, family systems, and community‑based services
CPR and First Aid certification
