Insight Global is looking for an EHS Lead to join a growing team supporting the Semiconductor industry. The EHS Lead is responsible for implementing and maintaining the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management system across the the production site to ensure compliance with legal, corporate requirements. This role partners with leadership to conduct risk assessments, environmental registrations, audits, and incident investigations while driving continuous improvement in safety performance. The EHS Expert leads employee EHS training programs, emergency response preparedness, and safety initiatives such as LOTO, machine guarding, and noise reduction. They routinely monitor occupational health and environmental exposure factors and prepare required regulatory documentation and reports. The role also serves as the voice of EHS within the organization, supporting a strong safety culture and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Safety, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related engineering discipline with a mechanical background
Certified ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Internal Auditor
5–8 years of experience in an EHS Leader or Expert role within a manufacturing environment
Strong working knowledge of EHS laws, regulations, risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
Experience delivering EHS training, managing safety programs, and supporting emergency response activities
