Insight Global is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for one of our largest financial clients in Chandler, AZ. This individual will lead the design, architecture, and governance of large-scale, enterprise-grade systems supporting mission-critical workloads. This role requires deep expertise in Python-based platforms, distributed systems, cloud architecture, and modern data infrastructure. The ideal candidate will focus on building resilient, scalable, secure, and high-performing systems while aligning with enterprise standards and long-term strategy. You will collaborate closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into future-proof architectures and guide teams through successful implementation.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience architecting and designing enterprise platforms using Python
8+ years designing cloud-scale architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
8+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and containerized platforms
Strong background in enterprise API architecture
Deep experience with distributed databases (SQL and NoSQL), including data modeling, partitioning, and performance tuning
Proven experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Previous financial enterprise experience
Hands-on experience building Python-based distributed systems
