A national healthcare organization is seeking a Provider Relations / Network Development Specialist to support the expansion and maintenance of its provider network across Southeast and Midwest markets. This role is centered on provider outreach, relationship management, contract negotiations, and onboarding, ensuring network adequacy and access standards rather than talent acquisition or employment recruiting.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience in provider relations, network development, healthcare contracting, provider engagement, healthcare consulting, or client management
- 3+ years of experience supporting provider network growth, expansion, or maintenance within a healthcare or payer environment
- Demonstrated experience managing provider relationships across one or more geographic regions
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills, with comfort engaging providers via phone and email in a consultative manner
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with provider contracting and negotiations
- Familiarity with CRM systems used in healthcare or provider network environments
- Knowledge of credentialing processes, onboarding workflows, or credentialing software
- Background working with physician practices, medical groups, or healthcare networks
